HOUSE N Renovation​
 

築35年の鉄骨造住宅に、新たな価値を与えるリノベーション。
1階を来客を受け入れるパブリックな領域、2階をリビングと寝室が緩やかに連続するプライベートな領域とし、暮らしのシーンに応じて空間を再編した。

内部はオーク材を基調に、建具・造作・家具を通して素材の連なりをつくり、空間に穏やかな一体感をもたらしている。
照明は間接光を中心に構成し、光が壁や天井に滲むことで、奥行きと静けさを与える。

サニタリーは、脱衣室と浴室を一体の空間として計画した。仕上げを連続させることで視線の広がりと開放感を生み、円形ジャグジーに身を委ねて過ごすひとときを、日常の中の豊かな時間として位置づけている。

空調はビルトインとし、気流を穏やかに拡散させることで、空間の質や秩序を損なわないように配慮した。

住宅におけるラグジュアリーとは、上質にまとめられた空間に身を置き、そこに流れる時間を豊かに感じること。
光、素材、空気のあり方を整え、日常の中に静かな上質さを織り込んだ。
 

A renovation that redefines a 35-year-old steel-framed house with a renewed sense of value.
The first floor is organized as a public domain for welcoming guests, while the second floor forms a private domain where the living space and bedroom are gently connected—restructured according to different scenes of daily life.

Oak is used as the primary material throughout, creating a subtle continuity across joinery, built-ins, and furniture, bringing a calm sense of unity to the space.
Lighting is composed mainly of indirect illumination, allowing light to softly diffuse across walls and ceilings, adding depth and a quiet atmosphere.

The sanitary area is designed as a unified space that integrates the dressing room and bathroom. Continuous finishes create visual openness, while time spent immersed in the circular jacuzzi is considered a moment of richness within everyday life.

The air-conditioning system is fully integrated, allowing airflow to disperse gently without disturbing the spatial order and quality.

Luxury in a residence is defined as the richness of time experienced within a well-composed space.
By carefully shaping light, material, and air, the design weaves a quiet sense of refinement into daily living.
