滋賀県に拠点を置く企業のための社内カフェテラス。

擁壁に包まれたデッキに、木造の屋根がふわりと浮かぶ。
囲われているにもかかわらず、どこまでも開かれている。

視線は四方へと抜け、やがて遠くの山脈の稜線へと導かれる。
安心感と解放感が重なり合う、風景の中の居場所である。

従業員の休息の場であると同時に、インターンとの交流、会社説明会、商談、さらには家族や地域とつながるための開かれた場。
企業の日常と社会をやわらかく結ぶ、コミュニケーションテラスとして計画した。

A lightweight timber roof appears to float above a deck enclosed by retaining walls.
Though surrounded, the space remains open without limit.

Views extend in all directions, eventually drawing the eye toward the distant mountain ridgelines.
A place where a sense of security and openness coexist — a dwelling within the landscape.

It serves not only as a space for employees to rest, but also as a setting for interaction with interns, company information sessions, meetings, and events that connect families and the local community.
Conceived as a communication terrace, it gently mediates between the daily life of the company and society beyond.
